I’m Elisabeth Root. So nice to meet you.

I come to coaching and consulting from a long career in Go to Market, with over half of it in big tech. As with most of us, my high demand high reward career wasn’t designed to make space for life’s most intense moments, whether through parenting my young kids or experiencing complex grief after losing a parent, I had to accept that life never waits for work. My own experiences gave me a new awareness of the people around me, and I explored this connection through yoga, energy work and meditation. I now blend all of this into business and coaching offerings that integrate industry-leading GTM strategies with proven mindfulness, healing and consciousness-building practices that help tech leaders see their most intense eras as invitations into awareness and presence practices that drive high growth and regenerative results.

Before striking out on my own I’d been in corporate GTM for about 16 years, with 12 years (nearly equally split) between AWS and Google Cloud where I pioneered several global GTM programs and built at a couple handfuls of multi-hundred-million dollar (quota carrying) partnerships during an era often referred to as the “rocketship” or “tornado” years of enterprise cloud GTM.

I’ve learned first hand that no matter how solid a product or strategy, momentum stalls when energy falls flat - and so go the results and morale.

I’ve witnessed countless burnouts and experienced my own, which ignited a desire to connect at the most human level possible within the realm of tech. People burn out when they are not aligned with their values or seen for the value they bring. My work is to show people and firms how to realign to their values, and their market value.

I earned the designation of Certified Professional Integral Coach by completing the rigorous coaching certification program of New Ventures West which included a year long practicum coaching with technology executives. I’m also certified yoga teacher (and very regular student!) which helps me to equip my clients with the skills to manage the nervous system in day to day life (this is your edge, especially in tech work). I’m an forever active student across the disciplines that are woven into this work, including the trends of Enterprise and Tech Go to Market, leadership development and the various healing modalities critical to our ability to expand into our fullest potential despite the constraints of the corporate systems we work within.

Now I want to know your story
