I'm Elisabeth Root, a seasoned tech leader and entrepreneur who coaches corporate high achievers to reclaim their voice, launch their first side-businesses, and prepare for life after corporate. This work grew out of nearly two decades as a Go to Market leader, which quietly laid the groundwork for my own side hustle: coaching sales and alliance leaders to rise in their careers. I turned my focus to the encore after countless conversations with high achievers who told me they're just waiting it out until the decision gets made for them. The drive is gone, they say, but they have no idea what else they'd do or how they'd find the energy to do it. Hearing that from such innovative people helped me design my own encore career, which I get to do even now while still working in tech.
