I'm Elisabeth Root, a seasoned tech leader and entrepreneur who coaches corporate high achievers to align purpose to career, define their first side-businesses, and build a launch pad for life after corporate. This work grew out of nearly two decades in High Tech Go to Market at global tech companies, which laid the groundwork for my own side hustle: coaching sales and alliance leaders to find their unique differentiator as leaders. I expanded my coaching focus to encore career planning after countless high achievers finally shared that they feel like they just need to “wait it out” until they hit a magic number. The drive is gone, but they have no idea what else they'd do or how they'd find the energy to do it.
