I’m Elisabeth Root and like most of my clients, I’ve spent the bulk of my career in hypergrowth tech firms where the only thing certain is the uncertainty of it all. In 2023, after a combined 13 years between AWS and Google Cloud, I founded ERA to help tech workers rise into the differentiated leadership identity that eludes so many high achievers, often due to the fight, flight or hide conditioning of this industry.
