A 2 hour session (includes take home practices and optional 30 minute debrief ) to clarify a focus or a decision.
Take a step back and out of your over-cycling mind, identify themes in your thought patterns, identify somatic signals, hone in on the most impactful actions to meet a short term objective.
The 2×2:
4 hours over 2 sessions two weeks apart with take home practices and text support in between
Take an idea from concept to draft presentation; ideate, workshop, role play, prep for high stakes meetings, interviews, performance reviews and more.

12 hours of conversation across 8 -12 sessions. Includes text support and take home practices.
Catalyst to Clarity is a 1:1 executive coaching program that guides senior level tech leaders through high impact decisions and transitions in their professional work. This program takes about 4 months to complete, and guides you into your potential as an influential leader making meaningful impact across all of the domains that matter to you.
Throughout this work we document your experiments and practices in a shared google doc, this becomes an ongoing workbook to support your continued work after the program ends.
