I am known by my clients and partners as leader, visionary, guide and trusted resource for tech GTM leaders ready to refocus the vision of success - and make it happen.
My enterprise tech journey is highlighted by the decade I spent building and leading strategic partnerships and programs at AWS and Google Cloud. Between 2012 and 2023 I guided countless partners through massive GTM shifts and I saw up close how a lack of clarity and focus weakens partnerships, sales engagements and morale. This experience led me to study the fascinating interplay between individual and organizational systems, and how each are anchored by willingness to self reflect. I became an executive coach while still at Google Cloud in 2020, achieving a 5-star standing and company sponsorship for an ICF-backed professional coaching certification focused on Integration.
In late ‘23 I intentionally left big tech to focus on my favorite part of partnerships - helping GTM partners and leaders step purposefully into their core differentiator and exponentially magnify their impact as a result.
